What Ouro processes, keeps, and shares with its service providers.

Ouro processes submitted inputs to perform each tool’s function. Generated files, DropLink pages, HookBox inboxes, and ChartLink charts expire after 24 hours. Collect forms and responses expire after 30 days. Watch records expire 24 hours after the selected monitoring period. Expiry ends app access; storage cleanup can occur later.

CleanRead, SourceCheck, and Feedform normalization do not save submitted content as a stored job. TableLift saves extracted outputs, not the original PDF. Feedform interest-list email, optional use case, and consent are retained for up to 180 days.

Public share links expose their content to anyone with the link. Private file and owner links are bearer credentials. API keys are kept in the current tab’s session storage and hashed on the server; lost keys cannot be recovered.

Amazon Web Services hosts the app and stores records and files. Stripe processes payments. CaptureKit is coming soon and does not process screenshot requests. Pakoma’s Fathom service receives limited analytics using pseudonymous HMAC identifiers. Analytics payloads exclude raw IP addresses, raw account identifiers, submitted content, full URLs, query strings, emails, API keys, and private access tokens. Account, payment, support, and analytics records do not follow temporary output expiry. Contact support with data questions or deletion requests.
